Leed Building Technology and Trading (LBTT) is a specialized Ethiopian engineering and construction firm established in 2007. We focus on advanced building finishing materials and high-quality technological solutions, acting as a key link between international manufacturers and the East African construction market.

Open Positions

1. Office Manager

Education: BA Degree in Management, Economics, Marketing, Journalism, or related fields.
Requirements: * Graduated with high grades from a recognized university.
- Zero (0) years of experience accepted for applicants with a GPA higher than 3.6.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Strong command of English and other local languages.
Salary: Negotiable.

2. Sales and Marketing

Education: BA Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related fields.
Requirements:
- Zero (0) years of experience accepted for applicants with a GPA higher than 3.6; otherwise, 2 years of experience in sales and marketing is required.
- Mandatory: Valid driving license and driving experience.
- Note: Role involves field work and frequent visits to construction project sites.
Salary: Negotiable.

3. Office Engineer

Education: B.Sc. in Civil Engineering or a related engineering field.
Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in a related field.
Technical Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD and other design software, as well as Microsoft Office applications.
Salary: Negotiable.

4. Cashier Secretary

Education: Diploma or 10+2 and above completed.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in office work.
Skills: Solid computer knowledge/applications and strong interpersonal communication skills.
Salary: Negotiable.
