Transsion Manufacturing PLC, the assembler and manufacturer behind Tecno mobile phones and accessories, is expanding its market footprint across Ethiopia. We are seeking energetic and results-driven professionals to join our factory operations and retail network.

Position: Sales Representative (SR)

Role Summary: As the face of our brand, you will optimize market presence, maintain retail relationships, and ensure our products are the top choice for consumers. This role requires high operational intensity and a proactive sales mindset.

Total Openings: 33
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of proven experience in the Mobile Phone or FMCG industry.
Operational Requirement: Ability and willingness to conduct high-frequency field visits (targeting 50 stores per day).
Preferred Skills: Deep familiarity with local retail resources and existing store networks in the applied location.

Locations

We are hiring for the following regional hubs:

Central: Addis Ababa, Adama, Assela, Batu (Zeway)
South/West: Hawassa, Jimma, Gambela, Bale
North/East: Bahir Dar, Debre Markos, Mekele, Jigjiga, Dire Dawa
