Open Positions

1. Senior HR Officer

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Note: A Master’s Degree or HR certification is a significant advantage.
Experience:4+ years of progressive HR experience.
- Preference: Experience in the financial sector is highly preferred.
Core Responsibilities: * Ensure strict compliance with labor laws and internal company policies.
- Prepare comprehensive HR reports and analytics for management.
Location: Head Office, Addis Ababa.

2. Call Center Officer

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
Experience: 1–2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.
Skills: Excellent communication, proactive problem-solving, and professional customer service skills.
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate product and service information to diverse clients.
- Consistently meet performance targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Location: Addis Ababa.
