The Ethiopian Airlines Group is opening registrations for four distinct positions. All roles require strict adherence to documentation guidelines and verification processes.
Open Positions & Specific Requirements
1. Jr. Accountant
- Employment Type: Full-Time Track
- Age Limit: 18 – 30 years old
- Education: Minimum of a BA degree in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Accounting Information Systems, or a related business field from a recognized college or university.
- GPA Cut-off: Cumulative GPA of $\ge$ 3.0 is mandatory.
- Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of relevant accounting experience from a known organization.
2. Gym Instructor
- Employment Type: Part-Time
- Age Limit: 18 – 35 years old (Inclusive)
- Education/Certification: Minimum of a Level I Certificate as a Machine Instructor (GYM), GYM & Aerobics Instructor, Aerobic & Machine Instructor, or Aerobics Instructor.
- Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of relevant work experience.
3. Department Head – Aerospace Management & Operations
- Employment Type: Fixed-Term Contract
- Education: Ph.D. or other terminal degree in a relevant field (e.g., Aviation Management, Aerospace Operations, Business Administration), earned in-residence through a full-time program at an accredited institution.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of higher education teaching experience, with at least 2 years serving in a management capacity.
- Preferred: A diploma or above in aviation-related training is highly preferable.
4. Dean – School of Aerospace Management & Operations
- Employment Type: Fixed-Term Contract
- Education: Ph.D. or other terminal degree in a relevant field such as Aviation Management, Aerospace Operations, or Business Administration with an aviation focus (earned in-residence via a full-time program at an accredited institution).
- Experience: Minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience, with at least 2 years serving as a Department Head or in an equivalent leadership capacity.
- Preferred: A diploma or above in aviation-related training is highly preferable.
General Registration Information
- Language Requirement: Fluency in English (the working language of Ethiopian Airlines) is mandatory for all positions. Knowledge of additional foreign languages is an asset.
- Registration Period: From May 18, 2026, to May 22, 2026.
- Registration Location: Ethiopian Airlines Head Quarter, Ethiopian Airport Building, 1st Floor (Recruitment & Placement Office), Addis Ababa.
Mandatory Application Documents

- Identification & Vital Statistics: Kebele ID Card (copied back and forth) and a Birth Certificate issued only by a City Administration.
- Foundational Education: Grade 8 Ministry Card, along with Grade 10 and/or Grade 12 national certificates as applicable.
- Professional Credentials: Latest degree/diploma certificates, official transcripts, and official work experience letters from previous employers.
