Position: Branch Manager I

Job Summary:

Reporting to the Director of the District Office, the Branch Manager plans, organizes, and controls all branch activities. Key responsibilities include:

• Resource Mobilization: Driving deposit growth and customer acquisition.
• Credit Management: Approving loans and overdraft facilities within authorized limits.
• Operations: Managing local and foreign transfers, handling foreign exchange transactions, and reviewing financial backgrounds of applicants.
• Reporting: Preparing comprehensive activity reports for executive oversight and decision-making.

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting & Finance, Banking, Management, or a closely related field.
• Experience: A minimum of 7 years of relevant banking experience.
• Leadership: At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role or equivalent position is mandatory.
• Job Grade: XII.
