Established in 1950, TotalEnergies Marketing Ethiopia S.C. maintains a vast network of over 120 service stations. We are currently seeking a dedicated professional for our team in Addis Ababa.

Position: Card Back Office Representative

Role Summary: This role is critical for managing card-related operations, ensuring high standards of customer service, and maintaining accurate administrative records for our digital payment and loyalty systems.

Educational Background: BA degree in Management, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, customer service, or related administrative roles.
Technical Skills: * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Language: Excellent written and spoken English.
Attributes: High level of integrity, reliability, and strong teamwork abilities.
