Open Positions

1. Operations (Saving and Credit) Department Manager

• Education: MA/BA in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, or related fields.
• Experience: 9 years (MA) or 10 years (BA), including at least 4 years in a managerial role.
• Skills: Proven expertise in core microfinance operations.
• Duty Station: Addis Ababa.

2. Senior Auditor

• Education: MA/BA in Accounting, Auditing, or related fields.
• Experience: 5 years (MA) or 7 years (BA).
• Skills: Proven skills in financial and operational auditing within a Microfinance (MFI) context.
• Duty Station: Addis Ababa.

3. Accountant II

• Education: BA in Accounting or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
• Skills: Experience in microfinance institutions and mandatory computer skills.
• Duty Station: Addis Ababa.

4. Auditor I

• Education: BA in Accounting or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as an auditor in an MFI.
• Duty Station: Addis Ababa.

5. Branch Auditor I

• Education: BA or Level 4 in Accounting or related field.
• Experience: 0 years (BA) or 6 years (Level 4).
• Required Number: 4.
• Duty Stations: Goba, Assela, Hawassa, Debre Markos.
