We are currently seeking qualified and motivated professionals for the following positions at our Head Office, Dembel City Center, and various project sites.
Open Positions
1. CCTV Camera Controller
- Education: BA Degree or College Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Experience: 1–2 years of related experience. Experience in supermarkets or malls is a plus.
- Skills: Proficiency in CCTV operations and computer applications.
- Location: Dembel City Center, Addis Ababa.
2. Personnel Officer
- Education: BA Degree or Diploma in Management, HRM, Personnel Administration, or related fields.
- Experience: 2–4 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
- Quantity: 2.
- Location: Addis Ababa & Project Sites.
3. Store Keeper
- Education: College Diploma in Supplies Management or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience in a similar position.
- Location: Dembel City Center, Addis Ababa.
4. Senior Accountant
- Education: BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in a similar position.
- Location: Addis Ababa (Head Office).
5. Manager, Human Resource Department (Re-advertised)
- Education: Master’s or BA Degree in Management, HRM, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience: 10–12 years total experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial position. Construction sector experience is advantageous.
- Location: Addis Ababa (Head Office).
6. Manager, Planning, Monitoring & Evaluation Department
- Education: BSc Degree or above in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Project Management, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience in a similar position.
- Location: Addis Ababa (Head Office).
