The company is currently seeking qualified professionals to fill two full-time positions at its office in Addis Ababa.

1. Sales
- Department: Sales and Marketing
- Reports To: Sales and Marketing Manager
- Job Purpose: Responsible for identifying potential clients, promoting and selling real estate properties, generating leads, conducting property presentations and site visits, negotiating sales agreements, and achieving assigned sales targets.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate potential customers through walk-ins, referrals, phone calls, and digital marketing leads.
- Present property features, pricing structures, and payment options to prospective clients professionally.
- Arrange and conduct property tours and site visits for interested buyers.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospects to support conversion into confirmed buyers.
- Negotiate sales terms and successfully close property deals.
- Keep accurate and updated records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales activities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth processing of sales documentation and customer requirements.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in any field.
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in real estate sales.
- Required Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills, ability to work under pressure and meet targets, good presentation and persuasion skills, basic knowledge of the real-estate market and legal processes, and a self-motivated, results-driven attitude.

2. Marketing Supervisor
- Location: Addis Ababa
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Reporting Line: Reports directly to senior management and works closely with the Sales Team, Business Development, Project Teams, Executive Leadership, and External Media & Marketing Partners.
- Job Summary: Lead the company’s marketing and brand communication efforts across all platforms. The role combines strategic thinking with execution capabilities in social media marketing, analytics, content creation, public relations, and market positioning within the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Marketing & Social Media Management: Develop and execute marketing campaigns across major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, Telegram, etc.) and oversee brand consistency.
- Analytics & Customer Targeting: Utilize analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics, TikTok Analytics, and CRM data) to evaluate customer demographics, market behavior, and campaign performance to optimize reach.
- Content Creation & Brand Communication: Lead the creation of high-quality marketing content including video content, project teasers, reels, photography direction, podcast appearances, website content, and sales materials. Coordinate with graphic designers, videographers, photographers, and external agencies.
- Public Relations & Media Representation: Serve as a key media representative during radio interviews, podcasts, television appearances, press briefings, public events, and industry networking sessions.
- Strategic Market Development & Sales Coordination: Research new market opportunities and project concepts. Work closely with the sales department to improve lead generation and conversion strategies, and develop measurable KPI systems for the sales and marketing teams.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 4–6 years of experience in marketing, preferably in real estate, hospitality, luxury brands, or lifestyle industries.
- Core Competencies: Strong understanding of digital marketing ecosystems, content creation, public speaking, and reporting tools. Must be comfortable appearing on camera and representing the company publicly.
- Preferred Assets: Understanding of the Ethiopian real estate market and diaspora buyer behavior, experience managing influencers or production teams, and photography, videography, or creative direction skills.
