The company is currently seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join its flight support division as Junior Operation Officers.
Position Overview
- Job Title: Junior Operation Officer
- Employment Type: Full-time, On-site (Shift-based / requires full flexibility to accommodate night, weekend, and holiday rotations based on aviation schedules).
- Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
- Experience Level: Open to both junior professionals (1–3 years of workplace experience) and Fresh Graduates with zero (0) years of experience who demonstrate a strong passion for aviation.
Key Job Requirements and Qualifications
Education & Technical Foundations:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Technical Diploma in Aviation Management, Flight Dispatch, Ground Services Training, or a related technical discipline.
- Foundational understanding of international flight support, commercial ground handling protocols, and airport customs/terminal operations.
Core Competencies & Skills:
- High proficiency operating Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Microsoft Outlook for rapid, real-time client correspondence.
- Stellar verbal and written English communication skills (essential for coordinating with international aircrews and aviation authorities).
- Sharp attention to physical detail and the cognitive agility to safely multitask under intense, time-sensitive tarmac pressure.
- Preferred: Prior hands-on experience or structural internships coordinating and executing flight operations, slots, or overflight permits.
