• On-the-Job Learning: Gain hands-on competency in checking documentation accuracy, applying central bank regulatory procedures, and processing multi-tiered financial transactions under active mentorship.
• Career Pathway: Successful completion of the initial learning cycle primes trainees for accelerated advancement into permanent, career-defining roles such as Junior Banker or Customer Service Officer (CSO).

Eligibility Criteria & Applicant Profile

Candidates must meet the following strict academic benchmarks to qualify for the selection pool:

• Academic Qualification: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Banking and Insurance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or closely related commercial fields of study.
• Graduation Timeline: Limited strictly to 2018 E.C. fresh graduate students.
