Dodai Manufacturing PLC is a rapidly growing e-mobility pioneer incorporated in Addis Ababa. With a core mission to make electric transportation accessible across Africa, Dodai locally assembles innovative electric two-wheelers (e-motorcycles/scooters) and expands infrastructure networks, including battery-swapping stations. The company is seeking dynamic, forward-thinking young Ethiopian talent to fill ten (10) internship openings across its technical and corporate tracks.

Available Internship Tracks & Educational Profiles

Technical & Engineering Tracks

• Battery Swapping Intern: Open to graduates or final-year students in Engineering, Automotive Technology, Electrical Engineering, or related technical fields. Focuses on the field deployment and maintenance of automated swapping kiosks.
• Battery Systems Intern: Tailored for Electrical, Mechanical, or Electromechanical Engineering profiles. Centers on battery pack lifecycle diagnostics, thermal management, and power electronics.
• M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) Intern: Open to Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Automotive Engineering backgrounds. Focuses on the physical assembly line, quality control tracking, and electrical system diagnostics.

Commercial & Corporate Tracks

• Accounting & Finance Intern: Open to fields in Accounting, Finance, or Economics. Focuses on basic bookkeeping support, expense mapping, and asset tracking.
• Commercial Intern: Tailored for Marketing Management, Sales, or Customer Service Management disciplines. Assists with showroom promotions, customer onboarding, and initial EV test-drive coordination.
• Supply Chain Intern: Open to Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, or Business Administration backgrounds. Assists with local components sourcing, customs tracking, and factory warehouse inventory management.
• Corporate Intern: Designed for Management, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) profiles. Assists with back-office HR registries, administrative workflows, and factory safety audits.
