Corporate Openings & Structural Portfolios

1. Branch Manager

• Duty Stations:
  • Sagure Branch (Under Adama District)
  • Digelu Branch (Under Adama District)
  • Wukro Branch (Under Mekelle District)
• Educational Background: Master’s (MA) or Bachelor’s (BA) Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or a closely related commercial track.
• Experience Blueprint:
  • With MA Degree: Minimum 6 years of active banking sector experience.
  • With BA Degree: Minimum 8 years of active banking sector experience.
  • Mandatory Leadership Minimum: At least 2 years explicitly served as a Business Manager, Operations Manager, Customer Service Manager (CSM), or an equivalent core retail banking leadership desk.

2. District Marketing Supervisor

• Duty Station: Mekelle District Office
• Educational Background: MA or BA Degree in Marketing Management, Accounting, Management, Finance, Banking & Finance, Economics, or a parallel track.
• Experience Blueprint:
  • With MA Degree: Minimum 5 years of relevant commercial marketing experience.
  • With BA Degree: Minimum 7 years of relevant commercial marketing experience.
  • Mandatory Seniority Minimum: At least 2 years explicitly served as a Senior Marketing Officer or an equivalent high-level corporate brand development position.

3. District IFB Business Supervisor

• Duty Station: Mekelle District Office
• Educational Background: MA or BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or a related field.
• Experience Blueprint:
  • With MA Degree: Minimum 5 years of structural banking experience.
  • With BA Degree: Minimum 7 years of structural banking experience.
  • Mandatory Seniority Minimum: At least 2 years served directly as a Senior IFB Business Officer or equivalent Interest-Free Banking / Sharia-compliant product development tier.
• Preferred Attribute: Solid, demonstrable working knowledge of Sharia banking compliance principles and Islamic finance frameworks is highly preferred.
