To optimize its internally developed enterprise technology ecosystem and cultivate entry-level professional talent, the developer is executing a strategic corporate recruitment drive and graduate intake campaign for its operations in Addis Ababa.

Technology Division: Functional ERP Desks

Temer Properties manages its corporate workflows using a deeply customized, in-house software infrastructure powered by Odoo ERP. The system development team is looking for two tech-business specialists to maintain, test, and adapt these modules.

1. Junior Functional Consultant

• Place of Work: Addis Ababa
• Reporting Line: System Development Lead
• Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience (undergraduate project portfolios or internships are fully accepted).
• Technical Value Add: Basic understanding of Python/XML structures and SQL/relational database queries is considered a competitive advantage.
• Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
  • Field first-line application help desk tickets from internal staff, logging software issues, and running basic troubleshooting pipelines.
  • Populate system databases, assist senior developers in basic Odoo module adjustments, and run pre-deployment testing scripts.
  • Formulate simple end-user manuals, training handouts, and structured data cleanup workflows.

2. Associate Functional Consultant

• Place of Work: Addis Ababa
• Reporting Line: System Development Lead
• Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience: 2 to 4 years of active experience in ERP implementation or system support tracks.
• Technical Value Add: Direct functional or techno-functional exposure to Odoo architecture, custom-built corporate ERP platforms, and iterative/Agile development environments.
• Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
  • Configure, expand, and optimize core business modules (Finance, HR, Inventory, Procurement, and Sales) to fit evolving company needs.
  • Bridge the gap between non-technical operations teams and the core programming desk to resolve bugs and coordinate platform version upgrades.
  • Lead data migration scripts, guarantee transactional data integrity, and host formal training sessions for department heads.

Strategic Operations: Graduate Trainee (GT) Program

• Program Structure: A 6 to 12-month accelerated developmental roadmap combining hands-on project exposure (~70%) with classroom and digital technical training modules (~30%).
• Target Audience: Fresh 2026 G.C. University Graduates looking to establish a long-term corporate path within real estate, construction management, or business administration.

Academic Tracks Welcomed:

• Engineering & Tech: Civil Engineering, Construction Technology & Management (COTM), Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Software Engineering.
• Business & Commerce: Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Business Administration & Information Systems (BAIS), Management, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Marketing, or Hospitality Management.
• Legal Affairs: Bachelor of Laws (LLB).

Mandatory Academic Thresholds:
