Position: Banking Business Officer I

• Place of Work / Duty Stations: Haik, Lera, Asossa–Bambasi, Agena, and Yeri Branches
• Salary & Benefits: As per the Bank’s salary scale with an attractive benefit package.
• Gender Eligibility: Open to both Male and Female applicants.
• Educational Qualification: B.A. Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or other business-related fields.
• Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of proven experience in branch banking operations, out of which at least one (1) year must be served as a Junior Officer.

Core Competencies & Requirements:

• Solid foundational knowledge of general accounting and standard banking operations.
• Strong skills in business administration, operations management, and customer service.
• A strong commitment to interest-free banking practices and financial inclusiveness.
