Managing human capital operations, policy implementation, and supporting organizational development strategies within the bank.

Overseeing branch operations, business growth, customer service excellence, and team management at the branch level.

Ensuring the maintenance, safety, and functionality of all bank physical infrastructure and facilities.

Leading the MIS division, managing information systems strategy, data integrity, and digital transformation initiatives.
