Dill Savings and Credit Cooperative Society (Dil SACCO) is a rapidly expanding member-owned financial cooperative dedicated to providing reliable savings platforms, credit programs, and alternative financial solutions across Ethiopia. Our primary mandate is to protect and maximize members’ funds, facilitate accessible credit options for corporate, SME, and retail portfolios, and drive grassroots socio-economic development.
To support our financial expansion strategies, maintain optimal liquidity structures, and reinforce our structural risk mitigations, Dil SACCO invites qualified, competent, and experienced finance and credit professionals to apply for the following open positions:
🏢 Department: Credit
🎓 Education: Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Banking. (Master’s/Certifications are a plus).
⏳ Experience: Min. 5 years in credit analysis, underwriting, or risk management.
Focus: Credit risk assessments, loan structuring, portfolio monitoring, and NPL reduction.
🏢 Department: Finance & Accounts
🎓 Education: Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
⏳ Experience: Min. 5 years in accounting/finance (min. 2 years in a supervisory role).
Focus: Financial reporting, bank reconciliations, budgeting, tax compliance, and audit support.
