1. Management Assistant

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree (BA) in Secretarial Science & Office Management, Administrative Service Management, or a directly relevant field.
  • Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of relevant, proven work experience in corporate office administration.
  • Duty Station: Head Office (Addis Ababa)

2. Collateral Valuator & Civil Engineer

  • Education: Bachelor of Science (BSc) Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology and Management (COTM), or a related technical discipline.
  • Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of active experience specializing in construction design, cost estimation, and structural asset valuation.
  • Duty Stations: Adama District Office & Debre Birhan District Office

3. Customer Service Supervisor – Grade 1

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree (BA) in Economics, Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Accounting & Finance, or related business disciplines.
  • Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of comprehensive experience explicitly in retail banking operations.
  • Duty Station: Assasa Branch

4. Senior MIS Officer

  • Education: Bachelor of Science (BSc) Degree in Information Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, or a related technology field.
  • Added Advantage: A foundational background or dual qualification in business studies.
  • Experience: Minimum of four (4) years of relevant, progressive work experience in data management and information systems.
  • Duty Station: Head Office (Addis Ababa)

5. Branch Manager – Grade 1

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree (BA) in Management, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Marketing, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of six (6) years of progressive banking operations experience, of which at least two (2) years must be verified in a senior supervisory or leadership role.
  • Language Skill: Proficiency in speaking and writing Afan Oromo is highly preferable.
  • Duty Station: Yabelo Branch
