Dill Savings and Credit Cooperative Society (Dil SACCO) is a rapidly expanding member-owned financial cooperative dedicated to providing reliable savings platforms, credit programs, and alternative financial solutions across Ethiopia. Our primary mandate is to protect and maximize members’ funds, facilitate accessible credit options for corporate, SME, and retail portfolios, and drive grassroots socio-economic development.

Senior Professional Openings
1. Senior Credit Analyst
🏢 Department: Credit
🎓 Education: Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Banking. (Master’s/Certifications are a plus).
⏳ Experience: Min. 5 years in credit analysis, underwriting, or risk management.
Focus: Credit risk assessments, loan structuring, portfolio monitoring, and NPL reduction.
2. Senior Finance Officer
🏢 Department: Finance & Accounts
🎓 Education: Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
⏳ Experience: Min. 5 years in accounting/finance (min. 2 years in a supervisory role).
Focus: Financial reporting, bank reconciliations, budgeting, tax compliance, and audit support.
Core Performance Indicators
- Accuracy: Precision in financial reporting and risk briefs.
- Portfolio Health: Maintaining NPLs below defined thresholds.
- Efficiency: Speed of decision-making and report delivery.
- Compliance: Full adherence to tax laws and institutional policies.
