Role Description & Key Responsibilities
Selected Real Estate Sales Agents will operate on the front lines of our property division, driving revenue growth and representing the corporate brand. Core duties include:
- Conducting outbound prospecting and executing end-to-end lead generation workflows.
- Scheduling and managing professional client consultations and property viewings.
- Negotiating financial offers, preparing sales arrangements, and closing real estate transactions.
- Building and maintaining robust, long-term referral relationships with buyers and corporate investors.
Qualifications & Competencies
- Professional Experience: Open to multiple experience tiers—ranging from ambitious fresh talent to seasoned industry veterans.
- Core Requirements:
- Background or foundational exposure in customer service, retail, or corporate sales environments.
- Strong working knowledge of local real property trends and real estate market conditions.
- Exceptional verbal communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
