1. Finance Manager
📍 Duty Station: Jimma Mega Housing Project
🎓 Education: Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or Business. (ACCA, CPA, or CFA is highly advantageous).
⏳ Experience: 8+ years in corporate finance/project accounting (min 2 years in a managerial role).
Focus: Financial planning, project budgeting, IFRS/Tax compliance, and cash flow management.
2. Senior Property Administrator
📍 Duty Station: Addis Ababa Head Office
🎓 Education: Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Logistics, Accounting, or Business Admin.
⏳ Experience: 6–8 years in large-scale warehouse operations and inventory control using ERP systems.
Focus: Inventory tracking, material handling, stock reconciliation, and warehouse documentation/safety.
