Departmental Job Matrix & Core Profiles
1. Industrial Engineer Executive
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Textile & Garment Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of direct experience in a similar industrial engineering capacity.
- Core Competencies: Proficient in time and motion studies, production line balancing, productivity optimization tools, and basic Return on Investment (ROI) analytics. Practical mastery of lean manufacturing methodologies and Kaizen continuous improvement concepts is required.
- Key Tasks: Maximize factory throughput, minimize material and time waste, eliminate production bottlenecks, and train assembly floor teams under high-pressure manufacturing targets.
2. IT Manager
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical & Computer Engineering, or a related domain.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant IT infrastructure work experience, including at least 2 years in a direct supervisory role within a manufacturing facility.
- Core Competencies: Strong command of network architectures, server administration, backup systems, IT cost control, and hardware lifecycles.
- Key Tasks: Lead the factory’s internal IT support team. Secure hardware/software licenses, maintain corporate server backups, manage local IT procurement budgets, enforce Group security policies, and build reliable network pipelines to support factory operations.
3. Senior Outbound and Inbound Logistics Associate
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Textile & Apparel Merchandising, Import/Export, or related disciplines.
- Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in international logistics, which must include at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Core Competencies: Extensive knowledge of Ethiopian customs laws, import/export documentation requirements, warehouse control metrics, and transport routing optimization.
- Key Tasks: Manage end-to-end shipping pipelines for incoming raw textiles and outgoing finished garments. Coordinate closely with freight forwarders, supervise warehouse logistics, maintain precise shipping records using MS Excel, and lead cross-border compliance audits.
