To support its aggressive commercial scaling and production footprint, the company is staging a multi-departmental recruitment drive for five (5) critical vacancies based out of its factory and regional corporate offices.

Departmental Job Matrix & Requirements

1. Sales and Marketing Head

  • Reports To: Managing Director / Chief Executive Officer
  • Education: B.A. Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or related field (MBA highly preferred).
  • Experience: 10+ years of progressive commercial experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity specifically within the beverage, FMCG, or fast-moving consumer goods sectors.
  • Core Mandate: Architect annual and long-term commercial sales distribution targets. Set regional KPIs, oversee product launches, expand route-to-market (RTM) networks, manage high-level distributor partnerships, and optimize pricing portfolios to defend gross profit margins.

2. Brand & Trade Marketing Manager

  • Department / Reports To: Marketing / Reports to Sales and Marketing Head
  • Education: B.A. Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields (MBA is an advantage).
  • Experience: 5–8 years of dedicated brand management and retail trade marketing execution inside FMCG or consumer goods spaces.
  • Core Mandate: Drive brand positioning consistency across all media channels. Direct consumer insight tracking, conceptualize point-of-sale (POS) materials, set merchandising parameters, and deploy trade marketing promotions to bolster on-shelf retail penetration.

3. Digital Marketing Manager

  • Department / Reports To: Marketing / Reports to Sales and Marketing Head
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields. Professional certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or Meta Ads are heavily prioritized.
  • Experience: 5+ years of direct digital marketing execution.
  • Core Mandate: Manage the online brand presence, performance advertising budgets, and editorial content calendars. Run SEO/SEM strategies to lift organic search placement, automate lead generation, and monitor monthly KPIs like Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS).

4. Senior Accountant

  • Education: B.Sc. / B.S. Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant business domain.
  • Experience: 5+ years of financial accounting experience.
  • Core Mandate: Log and manage transactional items in Peachtree Accounting. Reconcile daily bank balances and statements against actual cash positions. File accurate monthly sales declarations with the Ministry of Revenues (MoR) after warehouse reconciliation. Compute input product costing to maintain precise stock and cost of goods sold (COGS) balances. Thorough familiarity with GAAP, IFRS, and month-end closing processes is mandatory.

5. Sales Supervisor

  • Department / Reports To: Sales / Reports to Sales and Marketing Head
  • Education: B.A. Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or related business fields.
  • Experience: 3–5 years of field sales experience, with at least 1–2 years in a direct supervisory capacity handling teams.
  • Core Mandate: Coordinate daily routing activities of frontline sales representatives. Monitor monthly sales volumes, conduct rigorous field coaching visits, sustain distributor relationships, and aggregate competitor market intelligence reports.
