Sales Consultant
- Job Summary: Responsible for identifying prospective customers, presenting real estate projects, building strong client relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets.
- Number of Vacancies: 120
- Work Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia

- Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Economics, Engineering, Real Estate, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in real estate or a related industry, with a demonstrated record of meeting sales targets and closing transactions.
- Language Skills: Fluency in Amharic; English communication is an advantage.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Additional Advantages: Knowledge of the Addis Ababa real estate market; previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or real estate.
- Required Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Strong customer orientation, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet targets.
