1. Experienced Architect
- Number Required: 3
- Education Requirement: Degree in Architecture.
- Work Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional architectural experience with the ability to handle projects independently.
- Mandatory Software Skills:Revit (architectural modeling/BIM) and D5 Render (architectural visualization).
- Key Responsibilities: Concept-to-detailed design development, construction documentation, 3D renders, working drawings, and multidisciplinary coordination.
2. Junior / Fresh Graduate Architect
- Number Required: 4
- Education Requirement: Educational background in Architecture.
- Work Experience: Entry level / Fresh graduate / Junior level.
- Mandatory Software Skills: Working knowledge of Revit and D5 Render. AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, or Illustrator skills are an advantage.
3. Senior Sanitary Engineer
- Number Required: 2
- Education Requirement: Degree in Sanitary, Water Supply, Environmental, or related Engineering discipline.
- Work Experience: Senior-level professional experience in independent sanitary/plumbing design and system coordination.
- Mandatory Software Skills:AutoCAD + Revit MEP.
- Key Responsibilities: Design of domestic water supply, wastewater, stormwater, and drainage systems; hydraulic calculations; riser diagrams; site inspections; clash resolution.
4. Junior Sanitary Engineer
- Number Required: 2
- Education Requirement: Educational background in Sanitary, Water Supply, Environmental, or related Engineering.
- Work Experience: Entry level / Fresh graduate / Junior level.
- Mandatory Software Skills:AutoCAD + Revit MEP.
5. Junior / Fresh Graduate Electrical Engineer
- Number Required: 3
- Education Requirement: Educational background in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Work Experience: Entry level / Fresh graduate / Junior level.
- Mandatory Software Skills:AutoCAD + Revit MEP. Knowledge of DIALux / DIALux Evo is an advantage.
- Key Responsibilities: Lighting and power layouts, load calculations, single-line diagrams, low-voltage/fire alarm systems design support.
6. Senior Structural Engineer
- Number Required: 3
- Education Requirement: Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering.
- Work Experience: Experienced professional in reinforced concrete and steel structural design.
- Mandatory Software Skills:ETABS + SAFE + AutoCAD. SAP2000 or Revit Structure knowledge is an advantage.
- Key Responsibilities: Structural analysis, calculation reports, plan/section/detail preparation, reviewing junior drawings, site inspections.
