Technical Planner & Workshop Supervisor
- Work Location: Bishoftu
- Contract Type: Full-Time / Permanent
- Reporting To: Technical Manager
- Educational Qualification: BA Degree in Mechanical Engineering or TVET Level IV.
- Work Experience: Greater than 4 years of relevant experience.
- Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Develop daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance plans (preventive, predictive, and corrective) and manage PM planning and updates in the ERP system.
- Oversee workshop activities including machining, fabrication, welding, repair, and part refurbishment while maintaining equipment in good working condition.
- Manage spare parts inventory, identify critical spares, track usage, coordinate procurement requests, and minimize stockouts.
- Enforce safety, hygiene, and quality rules, conduct toolbox meetings, ensure the proper use of PPE, and manage permit-to-work requirements and LOTO protocols.
- Record maintenance activities, manage work orders, maintain equipment history files, and generate breakdown and workshop performance reports.
