1. Senior Electrical Design Engineer
Number of Positions: 2 (1 for Power System Design, 1 for IT Network/Weak Current System Design)
Salary: Negotiable
Job Summary:
The Senior Electrical Design Engineer will independently handle full electrical project designs, from concept to documentation, for large-scale office and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and prepare technical documentation for electrical systems in buildings.
- Develop power supply and distribution systems (Power System Design role).
- Design IT network systems, weak current systems, Data Centers, and BMS systems (IT System Design role).
- Ensure all designs comply with Ethiopian and international standards.
- Prepare detailed drawings using AutoCAD or similar software.
- Coordinate with other disciplines for integrated design solutions.
Qualifications:
- BSc or MSc in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in electrical design.
- PPEE Certificate (Professional Practice of Electrical Engineering) required.
- Skilled in both power system and weak current design.
- Experience in large-scale office building projects.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and design software.
- Excellent English communication and technical writing skills.
