Positions: Documentation Officer (Import) & HR Assistant
Job Summary:
These roles are designed for high-energy fresh graduates who will handle a blend of logistics documentation and human resources support. The ideal candidates will bridge the gap between shipment tracking and internal office administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Import Documentation: Prepare and organize essential documents including Invoices, Packing Lists, and Bills of Lading.
- Logistics Coordination: Follow up with suppliers, freight forwarders, and clearing agents to ensure smooth operations.
- Shipment Tracking: Maintain accurate filing and provide real-time updates on shipment document status.
- HR Support: Assist in the recruitment and onboarding processes, maintain employee records, and manage attendance.
- Office Administration: Support daily office tasks and coordinate internal communications.
Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: BA Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, HR, Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 0 years (Fresh Graduates only).
- Gender: Female applicants only.
- Personal Traits: Must be a fast learner, highly responsible, and possess strong organizational and communication skills.
- Resilience: Ability to work effectively under pressure and multitask.
