1. Digital Distribution MIS Specialist
- Role Summary: Support data-driven decision-making by managing and enhancing Management Information Systems (MIS) for the Sales and Distribution unit.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Management Systems, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in MIS or data management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MySQL, Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.
- Location: Addis Ababa.
2. Compensation and Benefits Lead
- Role Summary: Shape the organization’s reward strategies, ensuring fair and competitive compensation while managing people costs sustainably.
- Education: Degree in HR, Finance, or Business.
- Experience: 5 years (for Postgraduates) or 7 years (for Bachelor’s degree holders) in Compensation and Benefits.
- Preferred: Experience in telecoms, FMCG, or large complex organizations.
- Location: Addis Ababa.
3. Regional Acquisition Manager – Kombolcha
- Role Summary: Drive market share growth by acquiring new individual and SME customers and managing regional acquisition budgets.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven track record in customer acquisition or sales.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using sales tracking and CRM tools.
- Location: Addis Ababa (Regional focus: Kombolcha).
4. Regional Sales Manager – Dessie
- Role Summary: Lead commercial management and business development to drive revenue growth and overall profitability.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing (MBA preferred).
- Experience: At least 5 years in sales/trade execution within FMCG or Telecom, with 3 years in a managerial role.
- Skills: Strong leadership, financial forecasting, and industry knowledge.
- Location: Addis Ababa (Regional focus: Dessie).
