Position: Customer Service Officer–II (CSO-II)

Role Summary: This is an entry-level position focused on providing exceptional service to our customers, handling banking transactions, and supporting branch operations.

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Banking & Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Experience: 0 years (Fresh graduates only).
  • Eligible Graduation Years: 2024, 2025, or 2026.
  • Age Requirement: Below 30 years old.
  • Location: Branches within the Tigray Region.

Academic Requirements

  • Cumulative GPA:
    • Male: 3.00 and above
    • Female: 2.75 and above
  • Exit Exam Result: 50% and above (Mandatory).
