Henosis SACCO is a legally registered organization in the Nifas Silk Lafto Sub-city of Addis Ababa. Our vision is to become one of the best SACCOs in Ethiopia by 2030, dedicated to improving the socio-economic conditions of our members through savings mobilization and credit access. We are currently seeking qualified professionals for several permanent positions.
Open Positions
1. Senior Loan Officer
- Role: Acts as a credit analyst responsible for evaluating repayment capacity, assigning credit scores, and ensuring compliance with lending policies. Handles the preparation of loan agreements and manages the disbursement process.
- Education: MA or BA degree.
- Experience: 2 years for MA holders or 4 years for BA holders; financial sector experience is a plus.
- Key Skills: Excellent writing, organizational, and time management skills; ability to work under pressure.
- Required Number: One.
2. Loan Officer
- Role: Responsible for mobilizing members for loans, processing applications, and conducting initial screenings.
- Education: BA degree.
- Experience: 2 years of experience, with at least one year directly related to the SACCO sector.
- Required Number: One.
3. Accountant Officer
- Role: Prepares and examines financial records, manages cash transactions, processes payments, and prepares reports using Peachtree accounting software.
- Education: Degree in Accounting, Cooperative Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience: BA degree with 4 years of experience; financial sector experience is a plus.
- Required Number: One.
4. Videographer, Cameraman & Editor
- Role: Captures high-quality footage and manages the full video production process, including editing with software like Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
- Education: Degree or Certificate.
- Experience: 5 years for certificate holders, 4 years for degree holders, with 2 years of specific experience.
- Key Skills: Technical proficiency in camera operation, lighting, and visual storytelling.
- Required Number: One.
