Key Responsibilities
- Strategy Execution: Architect, deploy, and refine multi-channel digital marketing blueprints to accelerate web traffic, capture high-value lead generations, and convert commercial sales.
- Search Engine Optimization: Lead end-to-end SEO and SEM campaigns to maintain maximum corporate visibility, keyword rankings, and ad spend performance across primary search engines.
- Social Media & Advertising: Oversee multi-platform social media calendars and coordinate paid advertising campaigns across networks including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).
- Email Marketing & Lifecycle: Design, launch, and manage targeted email marketing workflows, utilizing advanced contact segmentation and behavioral automation mechanics while monitoring open/click rates.

Required Qualifications & Experience Thresholds
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree (BA) or Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, Business Administration, or a closely related field of study.
Experience Parameters:
- For BA Holders: Minimum of 4 years of directly relevant, progressive experience in digital media or marketing management.
- For MBA Holders: Minimum of 3 years of directly relevant experience within structured corporate spaces.
Core Competency Skills:
- Deep knowledge of search engine algorithmic trends, email automation stacks, and pay-per-click (PPC) frameworks.
- Functional familiarity with Donor Relations & Partnership Development to support collaborative institutional marketing.
