Detailed Job Requirements & Branch Distribution
1. Senior Network Engineer
- Education: BSc Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology (IT), Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Engineering, or closely related fields.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of progressive networking experience, with a mandatory 2 years serving explicitly as a Network Engineer.
- Key Tasks: Lead network operations, guarantee secure multi-branch connectivity, supervise operational IT staff, and manage advanced infrastructure troubleshooting.
- Duty Station: Head Office (Addis Ababa)
2. Network Engineer
- Education: BSc Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology (IT), MIS, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of active experience working as a Junior Network Engineer.
- Key Tasks: Maintain underlying network infrastructure, isolate day-to-day connectivity bugs, and implement standard system hardware upgrades.
- Duty Station: Head Office (Addis Ababa)
3. Senior Customer Service Officer I
- Education: BA Degree in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Marketing Management, or related commercial fields.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of active banking operations service, with at least 2 years as a Customer Service Officer (CSO).
- Key Tasks: Supervise frontline staff, manage high-tier account inquiries, handle exception liquidations, and verify daily cash logs.
- Duty Station: Jigjiga Branch
4. Junior Customer Service Officer
- Education: BA Degree in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Marketing Management, or matching business disciplines.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of foundational experience serving as a Junior Customer Service Officer or Bank Trainee.
- Key Tasks: Execute cash deposits and withdrawals, address primary account inquiries, and promote digital banking features.
- Duty Stations: Addis Ababa Branches, Butajira, Hawassa, Jigjiga, and Wolkite
