1. Corporate Business Relationship Manager

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing Management, Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Banking, or a related commercial discipline. Holding a Master’s Degree in a matching domain is an added advantage.
- Experience Baseline: Minimum of eight (8) years of relevant commercial banking experience, including at least two (2) years holding a middle or line management post. Direct experience within high-value corporate banking operations is highly desirable.
- Core Technical Competencies:
- Portfolio Growth: Expand and maintain a strategic corporate client portfolio using environmental analysis tools (such as PESTEL) to isolate and capture market opportunities.
- Credit/Financing Analysis: Evaluate structural credit applications, thoroughly assess corporate borrower creditworthiness, and model customized asset financing frameworks that balance risk against return.
- Credit Monitoring & Data Analytics: Proactively follow up on active credit exposures to mitigate institutional losses. Track, analyze, and parse customer behavior datasets to deploy intelligent cross-selling and upselling of corporate products.
2. Driver II (ሹፌር II)

- Education: Minimum completion of Grade 12 under the old curriculum system, or Grade 10 / 10+1 technical training completion under the new education framework.
- Licensing Standard: Must possess a valid Level 3 / Level 4 driver’s license (መንጃ ፈቃድ), or a equivalent Public 1 / Public 2 (ህዝብ 1 / ህዝብ 2) commercial license.
- Experience Baseline: Minimum of four (4) years of verified professional driving experience.
- Core Accountabilities: Execute secure transit and delivery operations for official bank messages, documentation packages, and corporate materials across headquarters divisions and external public/private entities. Show deep alignment with bank safety policies and a commitment to operational efficiency.
