Position Summary & Scope of Work

As an HR Officer (Fresh Graduate), you will serve as an essential coordinator for day-to-day human resource operations and administrative procedures. Core duties include:

  • Supporting HR operations and managing everyday administrative, departmental workflow tasks.
  • Assisting with recruitment coordination, including scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and accurately maintaining candidate records.
  • Facilitating seamless employee onboarding activities and managing new-hire document preparation.
  • Systematically maintaining and updating physical and digital employee files, databases, attendance sheets, and leave requests.
  • Supporting HR reporting frameworks by drafting summaries on metrics such as monthly hires, attendance logs, and training participation.

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree (BA) in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Management, or directly relevant fields of study.
  • Experience: Zero (0) to six (6) months of experience (Fresh Graduates).
  • Core Competencies: Basic understanding of foundational HR concepts (recruitment pathways, onboarding flows, labor documentation), excellent attention to detail, and a strict commitment to handling highly confidential information.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace applications (with intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel capability highly preferred).
  • Communication: Exceptional spoken and written communication skills paired with a proactive, friendly, and professional attitude.

Nice-to-Have Indicators:

  • Prior internship experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, or Corporate Administration.
  • Active involvement in organizing campus events, student council activities, or people-related academic projects.
