1. Sub-National Program Accountant

  • Qualification: At least a BA Degree in Accounting, Accounting and Finance, and related fields
  • Experience: A minimum of five years of experience working for an international NGO

2. Sub-National Capacity Building and Policy Lead

  • Qualification: MA in Agricultural Economics, Economics, Policy, Development Studies, and related fields
  • Experience: A minimum of 10 years’ experience, with a minimum of 6 years direct experience related to the position

  • Duty Station: Addis Ababa

3. Cluster Cashier

  • Qualification: BA/Advanced Diploma in Accounting, Accounting and Finance, Business Management and related fields
  • Experience: Minimum 1-year experience for BA and three years for Advanced Diploma in a similar position

4. Sub-National Communications Lead

  • Qualification: MA in Communication, Journalism, Literature, Agricultural Extension, and related fields
  • Experience: A minimum of 10 years’ experience, with a minimum of 6 years direct experience related to the position.

5. Sub-National Enterprise Development Lead

  • Qualification: MBA in Agri-business, Agro-economics, Business Management, Economics, or closely related fields
  • Experience: A minimum of 10 years’ experience, with a minimum of 6 years direct experience related to the position.

6. Cluster Agriculture Development Officer

  • Qualification: BSC/MSc in Agriculture, Animal production, or closely related fields
  • Experience: A minimum of 10 years experience for BSC and six years for MSC, with a minimum of 4 years direct experience related to the position.
  • Number of Positions: 2
  • Duty Station: Jinka and Arbaminch

7. Cluster Purchaser & Driver

  • Qualification: Advanced Diploma in Purchasing and Supplies Management, Logistics, Accounting, Accounting and Finance, Business Management, and related fields or a High school graduate with a third-grade driving license.
  • Experience: Zero-year for advanced diploma graduates and a minimum of 4-year relevant experience for high school graduates with perfect driving skill
  • Number of Positions: 1
  • Duty Station: Jinka and Arbaminch

8. Cluster Accountant

  • Qualification: At least a BA Degree in Accounting, Accounting, and Finance, and related field
  • Experience: A minimum of three years of relevant experience working for an NGO
  • Number of Positions: 2
  • Duty Station: Jinka and Arbaminch

9. Woreda Program Officers

  • Qualification: At least an Advanced Diploma in Agriculture, preferably BSc/ BA and above, in animal science, agriculture, agricultural economics, agri-business, business management, and related fields.
  • Experience: A minimum of two years experience for a master’s, six years for a bachelor’s, and ten years for an advanced diploma holder is mandatory.
  • Number of Positions: 24
