1. Senior Brand and Marketing Officer
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute a comprehensive brand strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Ensure consistent brand identity across all marketing materials (advertisements, packaging, websites, social media).
- Oversee marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and growth.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with departments like product development, sales, and customer service.
- Monitor and analyze brand performance KPIs (brand awareness, customer perception, brand equity).
- Manage the brand budget and allocate resources effectively.
- Conduct brand training sessions for employees and stakeholders.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related field.
- Experience: 3 years of relevant experience.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of operations management and process improvement.
- Strategic thinking and long-term planning abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in leveraging technology for operational efficiency.

2. Communication and Marketing Executive
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Produce high-quality content for social media, advertisements, events, and corporate materials.
- Create videography content with strong storytelling and visual aesthetics.
- Develop and implement comprehensive communication plans aligned with Ethiopost’s goals.
- Manage and mitigate communication during crises.
- Track the effectiveness of communication campaigns and provide regular reports.
- Lead and guide the communication team to achieve goals and maintain high-quality output.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Communication, or related field.
- Experience: 4+ years of relevant experience.
