π― Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day operations of projects at the Butajira site
- Assist in planning, implementing, and monitoring activities
- Conduct assessments and support individual beneficiaries
- Maintain accurate, confidential beneficiary records
- Coordinate training and awareness efforts
- Ensure compliance with policies and regulations
- Conduct community outreach and disability inclusion efforts
- Prepare regular progress reports
- Other duties as assigned
β Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree in Project Management, Public Health, Social Work, Development Studies, or related
- Experience in NGO or project coordination preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication in Siltigna, Meskanigna, Amharic, and English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Commitment to serving children with intellectual disabilities

πΉ 2. Position: Advisor β Organizational Development (Short-Term Consultancy)

Contract Duration: 2 months
π° Net Salary: 20,000 ETB/month
π― Objectives
Support the Foundation in reviewing and strengthening its:
- Governance model
- Organizational structure
- Key operational manuals and documentation systems
- Alignment with legal and donor standards
β Key Responsibilities
- Conduct a full assessment of organizational structure and documentation
- Recommend improvements and develop practical documentation tools
- Ensure alignment with local regulations and donor expectations
- Deliver final report, tools, templates, and a system development roadmap
π Minimum Qualifications
- At least 7 yearsβ experience in NGO governance/organizational development
- Strong knowledge of nonprofit regulations and documentation systems
- Experience working in Ethiopiaβs nonprofit sector preferred
- Excellent writing, communication, and analytical skills
