🔹 Job Summary

Deliver high-quality instructor-led and on-the-job training for technicians, assess performance, and support technician development programs in alignment with Technician Career Development Program (TCDP).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering
  • 5–8 years of hands-on service field experience

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

  • Design & execute annual training plans
  • Mentor and guide new and existing technicians
  • Conduct assessments and ILP progress tracking
  • Promote a culture of safety and technical excellence
  • Maintain training KPIs and update SCAP system

  • Coordinate with logistics and operations
