Position: Route to Market Specialist

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in:
  • Marketing
  • Logistics & Supply Chain Management
  • Business Management
  • Or related fields

Work Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in:
  • Logistics
  • Sales (preferably in FMCG environment)

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of Route-to-Market (RTM) strategies
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with routing and logistics software
• Ability to analyze large datasets and generate insights
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to recommend and implement efficient sales/logistics solutions
