📌 Position: Branch Manager – Grade C (IFB)

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead overall branch performance
• Manage day-to-day operational activities of the branch
• Ensure high-quality customer service delivery
• Develop and implement annual branch action plans
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Prepare and submit periodic performance reports

🎓 Job Requirements

• Education:
  • MA/MBA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or related fields
    OR
  • BA Degree in the same fields
• Experience:
  • MA/MBA holders: 6.5 years of relevant banking experience
  • BA holders: 8.5 years of relevant banking experience
  • Plus:
    • 2 years as Customer Service Manager Grade B OR
    • 3 years as Branch Accounts Administrator Grade A
