1. Branch Manager – Grade 1
- Place of Work: * Mermersa Branch (under Dire Dawa District)
- Chefe Donsa Branch (under Adama District)
- Salary: Per the Bank’s salary scale.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: BA Degree in Management, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Marketing, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, or related business fields.
- Experience: Minimum of 6 years of work experience in banking operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory position.

Qualifications & Cut-Off Criteria
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Banking & Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related fields.
- Graduation Year: Open only to candidates who graduated (or are graduating) in 2024, 2025, or 2026.
- Experience: 0 years (No prior work experience is required).
- Cumulative GPA Cut-off: * Male applicants: 3.00 and above.
- Female applicants: 2.75 and above.
- National Exit Exam Score: 50% and above is mandatory.
