1. Assistant to the Company Secretary
- Role Summary: Supports the Company Secretary in managing corporate governance, board communications, and regulatory compliance.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Law, Communication, Banking & Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics, or Business Administration.
- Experience: * Bachelor’s holders: 8 years of relevant experience.
- Master’s holders: 7 years of relevant experience.
- Mandatory: At least 2 years must be in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Location: Head Office (Company Secretary Office).
2. Senior Attorney
- Role Summary: Provides expert legal counsel, handles litigation, and ensures the bank’s operations adhere to the Licensing and Supervision of Banking Proclamations.
- Education: LLB Degree in Law or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in legal services.
- Location: Head Office (Legal Services).
