1. Assistant to the Company Secretary

• Role Summary: Supports the Company Secretary in managing corporate governance, board communications, and regulatory compliance.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Law, Communication, Banking & Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics, or Business Administration.
• Experience: * Bachelor’s holders: 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Master’s holders: 7 years of relevant experience.
  • Mandatory: At least 2 years must be in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Location: Head Office (Company Secretary Office).

2. Senior Attorney

• Role Summary: Provides expert legal counsel, handles litigation, and ensures the bank’s operations adhere to the Licensing and Supervision of Banking Proclamations.
• Education: LLB Degree in Law or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in legal services.
• Location: Head Office (Legal Services).
