Sichen Plastic Product Manufacturing PLC is an industrial firm specializing in the design, molding, and fabrication of plastic items for consumer and industrial use. We are currently looking for fresh graduates and experienced professionals to join our team in Addis Ababa.

Open Positions

1. Executive Assistant & Operations Coordinator

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Logistics, or a related field.
Requirements: * Fluent English communication (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and report preparation.
- Experience working with foreign management or in an international environment is a major advantage.
Salary: 15,000 ETB (Net).
Employment Type: Full-time.

2. Sales and Marketing Officer

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or any other field.
Experience: 0–1 year (Fresh Graduates are welcome).
Skills: Strong negotiation and persuasive communication skills; willingness to travel for field sales and market research.
Salary: 5,000 ETB + Commission.
Employment Type: Full-time and commission-based.

3. Driver

Education: Grade 8 or Grade 10 completed.
Experience: 1–2 years of proven experience as a truck or long-distance driver.
License: Valid heavy-duty driving license (Isuzu/Truck category) is mandatory.
Salary: 10,000 ETB + 600 Birr commission per load.
Employment Type: Full-time and commission-based.
