1. Trainee Banker
- Role Summary: Participates in on-the-job training across various branch operations on a rotational basis to master the bank’s policies and procedures.
- Education: BA Degree in Management, Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Banking & Finance, or related fields.
- Experience: 0 years (No work experience required).
- Mandatory Requirements:
- Must have passed the National Exit Exam.
- Typically requires a minimum CGPA of 3.00 or above.

2. Customer Service Officer (CSO)
- Role Summary: Responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction, efficient service delivery, and supporting resource mobilization through cross-selling.
- Education: BA Degree in Accounting, Banking, Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of banking experience, specifically as a Junior CSO or in a relevant position.
- Required Number: 15
- Location: Addis Ababa and Sheger City Branches.
3. Senior Customer Support Officer
- Role Summary: Handles a variety of customer requests and inquiries via telephone or in person at the head office.
- Education: BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of banking experience, specifically as a Customer Support Officer.
- Required Number: 2
- Location: Head Office.
4. Receptionist
- Role Summary: Serves as the first point of contact, ensuring a welcoming environment and directing visitors efficiently.
- Education: BA Degree in HRM, Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, or Hotel & Tourism Management.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of related experience, preferably as a receptionist in a financial institution.
