- Education: BA or MA in Accounting and Finance.
- Experience:
- BA: Minimum 17 years of experience.
- MA: Minimum 15 years (or 13 years in international/government project contexts).
- Mandatory: 8 years of grant finance experience at the federal level.

2. Special Advisor for Field Epidemiology Program
- Role Summary: Leads national strategies and policies for the Field Epidemiology and Laboratory Training Program (EFELTP). Provides technical oversight for outbreak investigations and emergency response.
- Education: MPH in Field Epidemiology is required.
- Experience: Minimum 16 years of experience, with at least 10 years in high-level advisory/coordination roles within EFELTP.

3. Grant Finance Manager
- Role Summary: Ensures accurate bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, and financial reporting for grant-funded projects. Handles bank reconciliations and cash transfers to regions.
- Education: BA, MA, or PhD in Accounting and Finance.
- Experience: 14 years (BA), 12 years (MA), or 10 years (PhD).
- Mandatory: 6 years of grant finance experience at federal or health bureau levels.

4. Routine Immunization Support Manager
- Role Summary: Provides technical assistance to strengthen routine immunization, identifies zero-dose children, and supports the introduction of new vaccines.
- Education: Master’s degree in Public Health, Nursing, Midwifery, or Epidemiology.
- Experience: Minimum 12 years in MCH programs, with 5 years specifically in immunization.
- Location: Bahir Dar, Mekelle, and Jigjiga.

5. Senior EMR Coordinator
- Role Summary: Leads the implementation and maintenance of Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems across health facilities and optimizes clinical workflows.
- Education: BSc or MSc in Information Systems, Health Informatics, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Experience: 12 years (BSc) or 10 years (MSc).
- Mandatory: 3 years supporting EMR at the federal level; expertise in Bahmni EMR or similar platforms.
- Salary: 43,283.00 ETB.
General Information
- Term of Employment: 12-month contract with possibility of extension based on performance and funding.
- Mandatory Technical Skills: For finance roles, IFMIS and Peachtree are mandatory. For IT roles, project management tools like Jira are preferred.
- Language: Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required for all advisor roles.
