1. Director, District Office
- Job Mission: Leads, directs, and manages all banking operations within the assigned district. Responsible for strategic planning, branch network expansion, resource optimization, deposit mobilization, and regulatory compliance.
- Education: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration, Economics, Management, Business Leadership, or related fields.
- Experience Requirements:
- Master’s Degree: Minimum of 10 years of banking experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree: Minimum of 12 years of banking experience.
- Managerial Experience: At least 4 years must be in a managerial position specifically within branch operations.
- Core Skills: Strategic leadership, business acumen, change management, Core Banking Systems, and financial analysis.
2. Manager, District Business
- Job Mission: Directs, plans, and coordinates the business growth and market share of the district’s branches. Focuses on visiting customer businesses, mobilizing resources, and monitoring individual branch targets against strategic commercial plans.
- Education: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management, Business Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience Requirements:
- Master’s Degree: Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree: Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
- Managerial Experience: At least 4 years must be in a managerial capacity.
- Core Skills: Business development, marketing management, commercial execution, and customer centricity.
3. Manager, District Operation
- Job Mission: Supervises, plans, and controls the operational activities of branches under the district. Focuses on the implementation and strict execution of the bank’s internal controls, operational policies, risk frameworks, and service standard procedures.
- Education: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience Requirements:
- Master’s Degree: Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree: Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
- Managerial Experience: At least 4 years must be in a managerial capacity.
- Core Skills: Operational excellence, financial risk management, and strong compliance analysis.
