- Experience: 2 years of general work experience, with at least 1 year as a Junior Officer or equivalent position in the banking industry.
- Workplaces: Branches under Dire Dawa District (Bordode, Gursum, Maya, Kobo, Kumbi, Togo Chale, Milkae, Lega Oda, Iqira, Afran Kallo, Biftu), Hawassa District (Aga Wayu, Arbaminch, Areka, Bodit, Dari Eba, Dillo, Girja, Hadero, Konso Karat, Saba Boru, Yirgalem, Nechi Sar), and Nekemte District (Qasso, Bakanisa Qase).
2. Senior Customer Service Officer Cash I
- Job Grade: IX
- Education: MBA, MA, or BA degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, or related fields.
- Experience: 3 years of general work experience, with at least 1 year as a Customer Service Officer or equivalent in the banking industry.
- Workplaces: Multiple branches across North Finfinne, Adama, Hawassa, Shashemane, Nekemte, Jimma, and Dire Dawa Districts (detailed locations listed in the original text).
3. Manager Banking Operation Management – I (MBOM-I)
- Job Grade: X
- Education: MBA, MA, or BA degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, or related fields.
- Experience: 3 years (for Postgraduate) / 4 years (for Undergraduate) of general work experience, with at least 1 year as a Senior Internal Controller-I, Senior Customer Service Officer Cash-I, or equivalent in the banking industry.
- Workplaces: Branches under West Finfinne, Nekemte, Jimma, Adama, Hawassa, and Dire Dawa Districts.
4. Branch Manager
- Job Grade: XI
- Education: MBA, MA, or BA degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, or related fields.
- Experience: 4 years (for Postgraduate) / 5 years (for Undergraduate) of general work experience, with at least 1 year as an MBOM-I or equivalent in the banking industry.
- Workplaces: North Finfinne (Dessie), West Finfinne (Tekwa-IFB), Nekemte (Qasso), Jimma (Gambela), Hawassa District (multiple branches), and Dire Dawa District (multiple branches).
5. Manager, Stakeholders Relationship Management
- Job Grade: XIV
- Education: MBA, MA, or BA degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, or related fields.
- Experience: 8 years (for Postgraduate) / 9 years (for Undergraduate) of general work experience, with at least 2 years as a Team Leader in Stakeholder Relationship, Employee Relations, Branch Manager II, or equivalent banking leadership roles.
- Workplace: Shashemane District – East Bale Zone.
