Position: Junior Marketing Coordinator

• Location: Addis Ababa

• Role Objective: Supports the execution of daily marketing activities and campaigns to promote the company’s luxury brand, projects, and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign & Content Support: Coordinate marketing materials, assist with digital campaigns, and manage official social media channels.
• Event & Communication Logistics: Support the planning and execution of promotional real estate events and maintain smooth communication lines between internal teams and external creative/media partners.
• Performance Tracking: Assist in tracking and generating basic reports on marketing campaign metrics and performance.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing, social media management, or a closely related commercial role.
• Technical Skills: * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Basic operational knowledge of digital marketing platforms and social media analytics tools.
  • Advantage: Familiarity with graphic design applications like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Core Attributes: Strong written and verbal communication, solid organizational skills, a creative mindset, high attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under tight project deadlines.
